STEP ONE

Define Your Dream

Let the planning begin! First, you will complete our pre-trip consultation form (See Let's Get Started Link Below).  Next, we will “meet” for a 30-45 minute complimentary consultation.

This allows us to create a customized itinerary for you.  During this call, we learn all the details of the trip you have in mind. Not quite sure what you are looking for? No problem, we have lots of ideas to help curate the perfect getaway.

STEP TWO

Trip Curation

After we define the scope and you take care of the professional service charge*. 


We begin the curation, and preparation of your customized itinerary. 


This process involves the collaboration between Luxe White Glove Travel team and our award-winning global destination partners. 

*This service charge is for research, booking, and management of your itinerary which includes 24/7 access to our staff during your trip.  Please refer to the Professional Services Charge section for more details.

STEP THREE

VIP BEHIND THE SCENES PLANNING

Your itinerary will be thoughtfully designed, providing you with the flexibility to define how you want to spend your time in destination. 

We will share drafts of your itinerary along the way allowing you to modify, provide additional guidance, or share any details you think will make your travel experience special and unique. After you give us the official approval, we will book everything for you.

STEP FOUR

Bon Voyage! — Time To Create Memories!

We will load you up with everything you need to ensure your trip goes smoothly. You’ll be able to access your itinerary (complete with insider recommendations) and travel documents via a special app. And, of course, we are just a text, phone call, or email away in case you need assistance or arrangements while you travel.  NOTE: All our clients have 24/7 access to our staff for the duration of your trip. 

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE CHARGE

Since the establishment of Luxe White Glove travel, we have operated exclusively on a vendor commission basis.  


For those of you who don't know, travel agencies do not earn compensation in the form of a commission until after a client travels. 


This means we are not compensated for trips cancelled by suppliers or guests despite having provided a curated itinerary or  professional services and expertise in planning 


Although Luxe White Glove Travel has a cancellation policy, we have never enforced it.  


In 2020, Covid changed everything.


Over the past 18 months, I worked on behalf of my clients, negotiating with suppliers and tour operators to ensure deposits were refunded. Our agency assisted clients in redeeming or securing future cruise, or airline credits as applicable.  We re-scheduled our guests in many instances three or more times.  Our services included researching new trips, and finding incredible travel opportunities for future travel dates at the expense of not being compensated despite being an invaluable resource for our clients.  


While we remain grateful for the clients who made future travel plans it left our staff with only the promise of future commission earnings which greatly diminished the value of our early and collective efforts.

Our agency provides VIP travel experiences and services to our clients from the time you begin your planning process until you return home safely.  We proudly boast we represent over 25 years of experience, and expertise. The incorporation of this professional service charge is important for both the sustainability of our livelihood and agency solvency. 

  

We are grateful to have you as clients and we do not take your business lightly to look forward to servicing your future needs.   

Professional Services Compensation

To provide you with the VIP services described above, we will require a one-time travel research & planning fee. 

Our planning rates are:

  • Individuals - $99

  • Couples - $198

  • Families - $249 (4-6 guests must reside at the same address)

  • Groups - $399 - $999 

  • Corporate Travel Rates starts at $499*

This fee is payable before we begin to research your itinerary after we “meet” during your initial complimentary consultation session in person or virtually. We’ll be sure to answer all your questions about our process and what to expect before we ask for our fee.
